Steps to Donate
- Read the Important Donation Information below, it contains compliance information.
- Fill out the form below with your intent to donate. To accept the donation, I will need your full name and address.
- Send the donation via E-Transfer or Cheque as outlined above. You will receive a confirmation that your donation was received.
Important Donation Information
Please review these essential guidelines before making your contribution to ensure compliance with election regulations.
- Donations are not tax deductible, however you will still receive a receipt.
- The donation must come from a personal account and not a business account.
- The maximum donation amount is $1200.
- Donations over $100 will be recorded in a public record, along with names and addresses.
This form does not process payments. After submitting your information, please send your donation by e-transfer or cheque using the instructions above.
